Application Environment Optimisation
To optimize the specific needs of your complex Windows-based application environment, our engineering team performs the following: custom security setup on servers and devices; custom monitoring thresholds for your application and devices; custom data storage settings for reliability and performance; custom escalation procedures based on customer-defined event triggers; and creation of a unique customer 'run book' defining our IntensiveCare team's response based on application-based events. Once optimization is complete, our security team performs an audit across all layers of the application hosting environment. Application Problem Management
Responsible for seeing all infrastructure, managed service, database and application related incidents through to resolution, the Intensive Account Manager acts as a project manager as well as a member of your own IT team. At the disposal of the Intensive AM are a variety of Hosting Tank resources and a direct line to Microsoft
Professional Support Services. As the customer's single point of contact throughout the management of a particular issue, the Intensive AM provides a summary and root-cause analysis once an issue has been resolved. Application Scalability & Capacity Planning Proper planning of your application and hosting environment's scalability is critical to your success during periods of rapid growth. Your Intensive Lead Technician is responsible for keeping an up-to-date, scalability plan based on your business projections. Planning starts during the implementation process and evolves as live environment data is reported. When producing a plan, we couple our expertise in scaling complex application environments with historical, trended data regarding your server, network and application resources. The plan is reviewed with you on a monthly basis and revisions are made as your business growth projections change.

Microsoft Premier Support Services (MPSS)
MPSS is the highest level of Microsoft support. It's a 24x7 team of experts assembled by Microsoft to solve the most complicated application issues. Because of our specialisation in hosting, we're able to leverage our partnership with Microsoft and the financial commitment of a MPSS contract across our entire Intensive customer base. When it becomes necessary, we have a direct line to Microsoft technical experts and can easily escalate any customer's incident for problem resolution. We also receive discounted rates to technical workshops and seminars that we happily pass along to our customers. Microsoft Gold Certification Intensive received the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner accreditation for its expertise in Microsoft hosting, making it one of only six Application Infrastructure Providers (AIPs) in the world with this top-tier designation.
